Just a warning to others to check what is and what isn't refundable from RV parks. I reserved a site at Newport Dunes, Newport Beach, CA some weeks ago and agreed to an extra $10 per night to ensure I got the specific site I wanted. Due to some family issues I'm not able to make the weekend and had to cancel - still three weeks in advance. I was aware that there was a $25 cancellation cost but am now told that I also forfeit the $10 per day I paid for a specific site. I guess some people just like to screw us every which way the can.
