1994 45' newell mobile inspection checklist anything missing?

A mobile technician will be inspecting a pre owned 1994 45' newell coach that my wife and I are interested in - below is his basic checklist that was emailed to us. Could others please check it over and let us know if anything major is missing from the list? Inspection is set for Saturday afternoon!

Roof inspection 15 mins

110 System and Batteries 20 mins

LPG Leak check (only) 20 mins

Exterior Lights 12 mins


Interior

Water heater 7 mins

Water pump and plumbing system 15 mins

Furnace 12 mins

12 Volt system and receptacle 20 mins

Stove top burners and igniter 5 mins

Stove top exhaust fan and cover 3 mins

Oven and pilot light 5 mins

Refrigerator on LP and 110 power 15 mins

Don't forget to inspect Frame: distortion, cracks, corrosion. Floor: "soft spots" or any other damage, Walls: cracks, leaks (around windows, vents).

Although it's not technically for a Newell, this is the one I used when I inspected our new to us coach. I'm sure one of the more knowledgeable folks will have other inspection lists. It is a link too the site, look under checklists on the front page.
