Maintenance Scheduling Chart

Hi all,
my question is regarding maintenance of systems in our homes on wheels. I admit to having a bad memory when it comes to what needs to be done and when. Do any of you full timers have a chart or some type of checklist type of schedule that you use? If so would you care to share it?

I use Google calendar to send me email reminders and Google's spreadsheet to record maintenance info.

Our Newell manuals actually came with a recommended maintenance schedule for the chassis/engine portion of the coach. As far as the house systems, as I've been reading this forum, I've been making a schedule when the more knowledgeable folks have provided info in past posts. I also steal ideas like David's above, except I'm going to start putting the info in icalender.

I have a pre-trip checklist log for everything coach related. I even track the amount of distilled water I add to the battery banks on a monthly basis. And yeah, I know what you're thinking, I am very anal when it comes to keeping records.
