This is to any of you folks that do long term stays at RV Parks...................
Now that I am retired and my wife is planning to retire this Summer, we are thinking about finding a location that allows longer term stays. We figure we might stay a month at each location so move 12 times a year. I don't have any problem finding lots of very nice locations. We plan to visit some locations in advance just to check them out. Some questions,

1. Generally how far in advance to you make reservations to ensure your location is available?
2. Do you reserve the entire time you plan to be there at once or by the week?

3. Any thing that I should be aware of in advance?

Thanks in advance for your input.

If it isn't busy season for the RV Park (depends on the state/area). We have stayed at parks and basically just started out by saying we are going to stay a few days and we end up staying for a couple of weeks to even a month or so. If you want to stay for a month at a park I would recommend letting them know in advance because most will give a break on price the longer you stay.
