How to keep sliding windows from sticking?

I am sure this has been addressed many times if I knew where or how to look. Has anyone found a lasting solution to keep the sliding windows on Newell's from sticking?

I cleaned the tracks good then sprayed with a dry silicone spray. Made a big difference. Also if you push or pull from the bottom its a little easier.

Like Forest said silicon spray and I also agree that pushing and pulling from the bottom makes it easier.

try silicon spray and cleaning the dirt out of the tracks

have you tried grease, oils, and or teflon spray?

I think oil or grease would attract more dirt or sand, etc.
A dry lubricant like silicone or teflon would work best.
