Not sure if this will fly or not, since we are wanting to put a face to a name at a Newell coach rally might I ask who out there is the youngest owner of a Newell coach and who is the most mature(eldest) owner than participates on this Forum. Mike 53, wife somewhat younger and possibly more mature.

Mike, here I was thinking you were already retired. You're still a younger owner like myself. Now since I have been self-employed since '83 I have worked myself into the ground 8 days a week for most of those years. Most people don't believe my age anyway, and then they have a hard time believing my knowledge and experience. I have three kids and three grandkids and I'm 51, wife is just a tad younger, been married 31 years.

Bought my first Newell at 41

I'm a ripe 58 and the wife is a few years behind me. :argue: Ok, Ok. She isn't really. More like a few years ahead of me. I was lucky and found myself a older lady. She's taught me a few things...but shh... don't let her know I said that. ;)

Could that be a seminar session we have at a mini rally? "Things my older wife taught me?" Might be better attended than " height valve adjustment tuning". Of course it would need to be followed by" how to keep your Newell in a divorce"

So, is this why your old Newell loves right hand front blowouts?? Sounds like some kind of omen. Ouch!!!!!

So far we have a pretty good group of young guns coming on the scene around here. NewellCrazy is afraid to post his age and we know he's closer to the age Clint mentioned he could look like while glancing in the mirror depending on the day of course. I'm just glad I'm not out numbered like I was around here for the better part of 8 years. Thanks guys for buying Newell's.

I do believe the youngest owner or I guess he's partners with his dad so to speak on a Newell down in Oklahoma, may be a little gun shy coming on here and telling us his age. hmmm......

And of course most of the retirees are hanging out in Spearfish while I'm busy moving into a new warehouse. Hopefully my luck will get better. I did hear there was one or two young guns up there though.

Well at least it's now clear why I'm listed as a "senior member". I'm coming up on 68, wife a bit younger, been married to her for 20 years and it seems just like yesterday that we .....

bought my first Newell 10 years ago.

Growing old is mandatory, growing up is purely optional. I'm still a kid.

I'm 61 the wife is 59. We have 5 children and 12 grandchildren. We only have our classic coach but we may sell her and get a bit newer coach down the road although we still plan on it being a classic.

Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young. In that case I'm still a kid.
