I talked to him several months ago. It was owned by a rodeo person I believe. It has a large logo on the rear of it.. Nice coach.. But for 4000 more the double slide bath and a half at MOT is prolly a better buy. I am starting to consider it biggestissue is no washer dryer.. I have had an offer of 100 for mine and am contemplating.. Hmmm

Marc - what was he asking back then? Has he came down any at this price? Was there ever a washer/dryer in the unit? Not hard to put one in if you have the room. I have put in a couple stackers over the years in other coaches without too much issue.

No that's the same price he was asking before, not very negotiable.. The washer dryer was needed in the one at mot , that's the one I would consider.. If it had a washer dryer.. The second half bath took the space of the washer dryer.. Would Need to find a spot for it in the rear bath..

On there is also a quad slide 2001 for sale 50 miles from me.. Asking 269k pretty paint though..

It's an actual quad huh? That would have to be extremely rare I suppose. Most are two and maybe three slide units that year.

I have a 96 non slide or a 04 quad slide which I will sale either one and keep the other. I am in CO in the 04 and the 96 is in TN. Will be going home 1st of Sept and will be listing both coaches for sale. Email or call for pictures and info.

I would like to get $375K for the 04 or $125K for the 96. I have own the 96 since 2005 and it has had about $100K spent on it over the last 8 years in upgrade and improvements. I have just started doing upgrade on the 04. I have many pictures and a list of the upgrades which have been done on the 96. I also had own a 89 which I sold in 05. I will probably always own a Newell as long as I can drive and maintain a coach. I will keep the one that doesn't sale first

His 96 is sweet!! Use to be my coach.. But he made a lot of improvements to it!! Has the best paint job I have seen on a pre 2001 model..

Yeah, with the updates Ron has done to his '96 the price is a song. He's got a really unique one of a kind updated interior that will allow you to escape into another world of pristine luxury.:thumbup:

Ron, just scroll your mouse across the little square picture looking frame just left of the the film strip, then click on it, a little window will open and then up can click on the "my computer" tab, click the browse tab, pick the pictures you like and you will notice right below the browse tab it says upload, just click o that and they will go into the post. Reply and wallah you should be in business. Otherwise we will continue to help you until you master it.
