I've been following the news updates on Eco Motors about their OPOC motor. It appears that they are making progress on getting them into production, but decided to send them an email asking about when one can expect availability of one of their motors for our luxury coaches. I have included the relevant portion of their canned response.
Thank you for your interest in EcoMotors. Your inquiry has been received and will be reviewed by a member of our staff. We hope the information below answers your questions.

Status of Development/Applications: The opoc engine is currently being developed for commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses with diesel fuel. The architecture also has applicability with gasoline as well as alternate fuels such as natural gas and methanol. The opoc engine is usable in various applications such as passenger car, light-duty trucks, construction, marine, agriculture, and aviation. At this time we are highly focused on developing our commercial product and are unable to support other projects at this time.

Technology: The opoc engine is one of the upcoming revolutionary technologies and EM acknowledges there are other inventors who may have similar technologies. However, at this time we do not have the ability to evaluate or verify the various technologies for technical synergies.

Specifications: While we understand the desire for the technical specifications – bore, stroke, displacement, volume, pressures, etc. - regarding the opoc engine, we cannot divulge such information until the opoc goes into full production. As the opoc engine moves closer to production, we will update the Technology section of the website (http://www.ecomotors.com/technology).

Manufacture and Availability For Sale: In April 2013 Zhongding Power – one of the largest automotive component conglomerates in China - and EcoMotors announced a strategic agreement (http://www.ecomotors.com/post/zhongding-power-signs-strategic-agreement-ecomotors-fund-construction-200-million-opoc®-engine) wherein Zhongding will finance and construct the first opoc manufacturing facility. Production of the opoc engine is expected to begin in 2014. At this time, there are no opoc engines available for sale.

Customer Base: We are currently working with several large OEM’s in the United States, China and India. At this time we are not yet structured to work with or sell to individuals.

You can keep up-to-date with all the latest news and continuing product development at www.ecomotors.com (http://www.ecomotors.com).

Sincerely,
The EM Team
