This is a jewel of a Newell. Factory Coach at 37.5'. Always starts instantly, great running, dependable. 15,000 miles on 3208 Turbo Caterpillar reposer. Four cylinder diesel generator on slide. Tires replaced, airbags replaced, new custom window coverings, jack brake, Alcoa aluminum rims. Separate ice maker, trash compactor, bar sink, drink mixer. Two new air conditioners and new Fantastic Fan. Separate full shower/tub. Twin beds make into a king bed if desired. Two closets, separate drawers. Pantry. Full sized fridge. Electric and propane heating. Cough makes into a bed. TV in living room and bedroom. Large basement storage areas. 300 gallon diesel fuel tank. 105 gallon fresh water tank. 105 gallon black/gray tank. Generator pulls fuel from the 300 gallon diesel fuel tank. This RV would make a fantastic "Tiny House". Built to last. Everything working. Needs roof paint. We love this coach, but have had to downsize so my wife will be willing to help me with the driving.
