Inline Air filter

Our 1979 Newell has a B11-218-M3LA inline air filter/dryer device that feeds the suspension/leveling system. It looks kind of old and can't tell if it is a regulator or just a dryer. Are these (or upgraded) still available? Any info appreciated.

Newell has a replacement filter that should fill the bill. It may require some
mounting adaption/fabrication, but our veteran technicians say it will do
the job. Our Newell part number is N105680.
