FRONT BRAKES ISSUE!

I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A POPING IN THE FRONT END WHEN THE BREAKS ARE APPLIED. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SUGGESTED THAT THE "S" CAMS NEEDED TO BE GREASED. THIS HAS NOT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. THE WHEELS HAVE NOT BEEN PULLED AS OF YET, BUT HAVE HAD THE FRONT END CHECKED AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE LOOSE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

We suggest that you lube the suspension arms where they connect to the tower structures on the frame. If this doesn't stop the noise, the sheet metal lining the compartments just ahead of or behind the front wheels may be "oil canning" under stress. If this is happening, welding a strap across the face of the sheet metal will correct the oil canning and the noise.

BRAKES? Does the "poping" occur every time you apply the brakes, or when you have to apply them a little more forcefully than normal? Also, does it "pop" only once after you apply the brakes, or does it keep popping?
