Kudos to Fantastic Vent!

My '93 had a Fantastic Vent fan that was in need some pieces when I bought it. I called the company to describe what I needed. The lady I talked to finally suggested that I send the fan to them and they would rebuild it with used parts that they had on hand. within 6 days a package arrived by ups with a complete new fan at NO CHARGE!
It usually takes a lot to really impress me but they did.

They do have a great reputation. I was installing a new Fantastic Vent Fan a few years ago on my old Class C and broke a piece due to my stupidity. I called them, admitted what had happened, and sent me a new fan at no cost, other than I had to send them the broken one.
