Newell Nut

I am so impressed at the quality and longevity one can experience with the ownership of a Newell. It has to be the easiest RV to clean and take care of. A lot of people will ask; How can you keep the light colored interior so clean? And, I say; it is so easy with the laminate surfaces. Basically just spray and wipe here and there and things look shiny and new.
I have noticed that some of the custom coach builders are starting use similar materials that Newell uses. My question is; it took 20 plus years to follow the leader?
