I assume your dash and panel lights are connected to the same fuse as your parking/turn lamps. If it is a single problem, your flasher fuse blowing would indicate something wrong with the flasher...

Have you checked to make sure there is propane to the regulator. Our '93 will chirp when the overly sensitive safety surge valve closes and the LPG lines go dry.
