Ray,

Not disputing the quality of the actuators, but I do know that the door locking setup is VERY finicky. If you take the actuator loose from the lock does it work? If so, you might want to play around with the oblong catch that the actuator fits into. It helps if you have someone press the lock unlock switch while you watch.
And I learned the hard way that if you have the lock locked by key, and you set the actuator in the unlocked position that you will tear your hair out in frustration.
