You mentioned Heim, to me that means a bearing which Dyna would not have made. in aviation we use all sorts of heim bearings or rod ends, some much larger. Did you happen to check with a bearing company? Often time the bearing p/n is on the visiable edge of the bearing.. you may need to clean it up and use a mirror or camera to see it.... just a thought..
