Something to note on pdf's like this, if they don't load the first time correctly, would be for the user to just refresh the page. Sometimes while using firefox browser, the pdf's don't load properly and that is all I do.

Having the site host these pdf's is a huge benefit for those of you using a smart device. You don't have to worry about downloading it, but you still have that option too.
