A couple of days ago I drained all of my air tanks and the top front one had water, the lower front and rear were completely dry. The last time I drained them was in January while I was in Arizona.
My air system is very tight and after I pulled the releif valves I noticed that the air preasure was slowing dropping. I went back under and pulled them from the other direction which sloved my problem. These valves can get crusty from debris accruing on them from traveling on wet and dirty roads and just a little crumb of something can cause them to not go all the way back to a solid setting.
Just a maintainance tip for anyone concerned with the air tanks. Wet tanks can cause rust at the weld seams and problems with check valves and other air operated equipment throughout the coach.
