We stayed at Heritage a couple years ago and were impressed with them. Nice location but they told us if we buy a lot our kids couldn't use the coach house unless we were there with the coach. Found it odd to buy something and then can't use it? They are about 3-4 hours from our kids and would have made a great weekend place. But the resort is very nice, just not what we were looking for.
