Have had Good Sam ERS for 8 years and have never been disappointed. First time I used them was in May of 2008 on I-10, about 60 miles east of the California border. My front left tire blew out. I called Good Sam and they found a mobile service in Mesa, AZ (90 miles away). They called me, got my tire size, and the mile marker I was near. They arrived 90 minutes later with a tire, which I paid for....I was on my way after their arrival in less than 30 minutes. Good Sam covered travel time both ways, plus labor.....my cost for the tire was $350...I still have that tire on my rig.

Second time was October of 2010....I had gotten off I-40 in Needles, CA to take a break....got back in the coach, turned the key and nothing.....called Good Sam....it was 2 am...they sent a mobile mechanic out from Bullhead City, AZ who arrived around 3 am....diagnosed my problem in less than 5 minutes...I was on my way in 10. The trigger wire from the solenoid to the starter had shorted out. No charge to me.
