While I'm not sure it was the same kit, my 1989 Eagle bus, 6V92 DDEC II had a catalytic converter installed. I was told the the cams had been changed & possibly the injectors. The DDEC indicated 300HP. The previous owner was New Jersey Transit and they had put decals all over the back of the bus indicating "clean air vehicle"
