Hey, I'd go $90,000 if you take my '93 in on trade.
Seriously, a 2 slide Newell for $80k would be a great price. I always watch prices and they have already come down considerably. Who knows how low will they go?
But for that price I'd be very concerned of the condition. It's not too hard to hide a major problem unless you really spend a lot of time going through everything.
Big ticket items that cost multiple thousands of dollars to repair/replace would be tires, generator problems, engine/tranny, aqua-hot, air conditioners, icebox, water damage.
And I'd recommend doing the inspection over a few days. The first day you will be awe-struck. After sleeping on it you will begin to notice things you didn't pick up on the first day. And it's always best to have a friend look at it with you. They will look with a more critical eye. If the seller will not allow you to do these inspections, then I would walk away with my money.
Good luck and let us know when you find your Newell.
