1988 Newell Coach 40 Ft. , 1988 Newell Motor Coach, 4 owners, 40 ft tag axle, 500 HP Detroit 8V92 with 4 spd Allison transmission. This coach is in good condition, stored inside for the last 8 years. Paint is good some peeling of the clear coat on the roof. Newer refer 3 years ago, Dometic, new drive and tag tires last year, front 7 years old with good tread, (all 11R24.5 tires) 3 central air systems located underneath, 3 types of heat, elec, propane and engine, 2 TV's, intercom system, alarm, awnings all windows and patio, ice maker, filtered water tap, corian counter tops, electric/propane stove, microwave/convection oven, refer/freezer underneath, Diesel generator (12.5KW Kohler on air drive slide out at the front, and much more, New drapes a month ago. All propane furnaces serviced last year top to bottom. This is a used coach and some issues: a few electrical gauges, 110v amp gauges and the 12 amp gauge are not functioning. Dash air has been out of service many years, we used the central airs as more efficient, , ask your questions and I will try to answer them as best as I can. Nothing keeps this unit off the road as we have used it for the last 3 years 10-15k/miles per year pulling a toad or my 24 ft race trailer. All original manuals and repair records since I bought the unit in 2006 included. Maintenance/repairs done by major service centers The reason for selling is we are moving up to a newer unit.
