Mark, I have had both leather and the pleather type material. With kids and animals I would go with the pleather. If it is mostly two adults using the coach then the leather will last a long time. The pleather is very durable and scratch resistant, it is really soft and comfortable. I have a Villa replacement in my coach and like it.
