I could be a 1989 Newell and possibly a 1990 but unlikely a 1991 based on the 'Classic' headlight. There was at least one of the 'Classic' style Newells built in 1990 after the new 'Series 2000' body style came out. Some 1990 Newells still retained the side mounted protruding turn signal. I have never seen a Newell with a drivers door but knowing Newell, if a customer requested it, they would have built it.
I would be very watchful on this one but would love to see some additional photos.
