Default specifications on HD4060 Allison Tranny

Here are the spec's.

that matches the spec sheet that is in my Newell book as well.

so, how do i intrepret this? since the series 60 is rated at 500 hp and 1550 lb-ft at 1200rpm. so i assume that means the specialty rating applies. the torque/hp sheet for my engine says Series 60 Motor Coach.

so does that mean that changing the DDEC to have higher HP and torque pushes the tranny beyond its limits?
