Same exact thing is happening on my coach right now!!! I pulled the coach up and lifted the slide with a forklift, sprayed the seal with windex and it slid back into place. However I put the slide back out a few minutes later and the seal popped right back out. So did the process again but made sure the seal snapped into its place. Hopefully its fixed now.
I would suggest to soak the seal in windex then try to put it in. I also waxed the underside of the glide out.
