Brad,

I would check all the electrical connections from the DDEC to the bank of injectors on the side that is not firing. Great observation that one side of the engine is cold. I suspect that the flickering light could be another giveaway that the problem is an intermittant electrical signal. A common first strike method is to simply unplug and replug all the connections.

Checking grounds is never a bad thing, also.
