You need to be more specific as to what your problem is. If you have a dark dirty staining showing up in the edges and corners of a rear closet it is probably just engine dust that is infiltrating your house area and can be controlled. The fix is to better seal the engine area from the house. Vacuum the stains & treat with a quality stain remover.
If you have dripping oil the way to stop it is much different. You must first determine the type of oil so you can look in appropriate places for the leak. Cleaning it up won't help until you stop the leak.
I'm still not sure which one best describes your problem.
