now i gotta get to much more tracing. a cursory look has 4 wires coming off of the relay. all 4 go into nomans land. and the two that look to be the control lines go up in the overhead and appear to go down from there.
i clearly had nothing that plugged into the back of the receiver unless it is totally hiding in there, but i looked pretty good.
another case of how things were done differently between coaches.
