If you have a problem or a Question you can call him on his cell phone anytime. I know some installers contact him with questions so he is very knowledgeable. You might also want to consider the new 7000 modem as it would only cost $79.99 per month as on older 6000 model will cost 99.99 per month for the service. Bill installed ours in November and we are very pleased with it. However if you are used to DSL this will be slower, but it is faster than dialup. The biggest convinence to us is being able to get online anytime on the coach. Hope this helps.
