The term is used way too loosely by RV Parks that are just marginal at best. To me, the park should have a significant number of amenities such as pools, spas, tennis courts, planned activities, large spaces (preferably paved), be extremely well maintained and have very good WiFi. In short it should be able to serve as a destination rather than a place that you spend a few hours before hitting the road again.
