. . . well 'Deep Fried Turkey' came to my mind.

- On Thanksgiving 1990 while at the basin, a neighbor windsurfer from 'Alabama' had
brought his complete equipment for deep frying. The chap had many friends that day.
- The Bird Basin is one of the most popular 'Windsurfing Spots' in the country.
- It's dry camp (boondocking) but you wake-up in the morning and the rear of your motor-
home is at 3 feet from the water, what a place !

- I don't know if everyone reading this post has ever eaten 'Deep Fried Turkey,' a taste to
discover. 'Deep Fried Turkey' is Not Greasy at all ; it's M-O-I-S-T and D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !

- You've certainly got to try-it ! . . Hum, hum Good !

- Thinking about my Cardiologist, he better not read this post or I may have to find another
