Clint I'm thinking we have to raise the bar on this a little as you are real close to loosing out on a second hat (for now). I'm also thinking you understand the values much better on the Wanderlodges too. Which tells me back when you bought your Newell, you got that much more of an exceptional deal on an exceptional coach.

So, My thinking is that if the seller wanted to accept a "Buy it Now" at about where it is at right now, I would have no choice but to hit that button.
