That thing is a beast. I used to own a gun metal gray '93 G-Wagon that I brought in from Germany about 14 years ago and really enjoyed that rig. I sold it for a pretty penny after repainting it. A few years later they opened up the US market for them and the price for new ones was less than I got for one eight years old.

Before spending that kind of money (453k) , I would be half tempted to build a conversion out of a regular G-Wagon, but nowadays don't think I can muster that much enthusiasm.
