Hi Sean,

Cold tire inflation is for "cold that day". Just as long as it is before you have driven the rig. So indeed, if it is 39 degrees out, you will have to add air if the last time you checked them was this summer and "cold" was 80 degrees.

VERY ROUGHLY figure 1 PSI/ 10 degrees F.
