Most of the cost for a patio awning, or a window awning is the hardware. If you can replace the fabric, and save the hardware you might save a lot of money, but the people at ZipDee will be more than happy to give you advice on the most cost effective way to go. A few years ago I decided to add a third and fourth window awning on the drivers side to cover the kitchen and shower windows. The ZipDee person suggested ordering one awning long enough to cover both windows, and it save me $200. With the thorough installation instructions provided my wife and I were able to install it in a couple of hours. A number of people here on this site have seen the new awning, and were amazed at how it matched the 28 (at the time) year old window awnings already on the coach. It is the middle awning in the picture above.
