Emissions testing is not required here in Louisiana. But last year when I brought the coach to get the annual safety inspection "Sticky" (the owner) told me "why'd you bring it in? Shoulda just brought your paperwork!".
So last month I show up with my paperwork, pay my $10 and leave with my brand spanking new sticker! That's why I go to a small town and get it done. Plus they have way better stories to tell.
