We first added the foam padding you can buy from WalMart. Square cut not the egg shell. This helped a good bit.
Later saw a memory pad at Sam's or Costco ($90 I think it was) and bought that. We put this over the foam we first bought at WalMart. Bed now sleeps pretty durn good.

I have seen several advertisments on matress including air memory ones. Now that we added the padding, we do not feel that we need to spend the high cost some are asking.
