CDat, I have heard that as well about dropping in a bag of ice. Maybe you can be our guinea pig
. When I dumped my tanks, I would re-fill them several times with water and dump until "it" comes out clean. I had a clear fixture on my sewer hose and could see when it is clean. If you do that, you will never have an odor and does not cost you a thing.
