Great departure checklist. Before you leave you always want to do a quick walk through to make sure everything is secure. Before you drive off make sure all doors are locked, drawers are closed and all things on the table or counters of been put away. Check the refrigerator that it's closed and locked tight. If you do this you will be less likely to have a big mess and food flying everywhere!
