It's only one highway and from the sounds of it they stated that it will be a toll road. So if you want to open it up and do a little peddle to the medal then you'll want to hit this highway but you will pay a fee first. One could say it would be better than paying a speeding ticket for speeding on a highway with a lower speed limit. Because Randy that would be speeding illegally!
