If your coach is like mine (1993) then the tank is held down by brackets at the corners. If you remove these, disconnect all of the fittings including toilet, then it should be able to slide out either side.
I've replaced the Raritan water heater on mine and it was pretty simple, easier than replacing one in my house.
Sharkbite type fittings are definately easier. But be aware there are 2 types, ones that are removable with a special little tool, and others that cannot be removed.
Be sure to take pictures of all the water lines before removing.
