Chester,
I've tried to find a book that would convert cooking times for a regular oven to a COMBINATION oven, but to no avail. I did purchase a book"Energy Efficient Kitchen", but it was a waste of money!
Actually, I would start with the user manual that came with the microwave. There should be some set programs for Bake & Roast Combination that you should try as a test.
Might try the pork for roast setting. Use a thermoter when you're do to confirm. A 2 lb roast in my unit needs 35 minutes.
If you like biscuits, try a bag of the Rhodes frozen dinner rolls. Follow directions for defrosting.
The directions for baking call for 350 deg 15-20 minutes; convection oven 325 deg 10-15 minutes.
Using my Auto bake function #3, I actually put the the rolls in during the preheat cycle. When the oven signals that it is ready to put the rolls in, I open & close the door and then set the timer to 4 minutes and press the start button. In 4 minutes the rolls are perfectly done.
And they say I'm not a green person!
PS I'm @ 2400 ft, so your time may vary
not all rolls are baked the same
