The symptoms you presented are consistent with the current supplied to the batteries being less than the total consumption. As Archie suggested the first step is ensuring the converter has 120V supply. If so, then measure the amperage at the battery terminal, if there is high inflow then the batteries are gone to heaven, if the amperage is low you either have a large coach load which can be tested by disconnecting all loads until you find the culprits, or you have a bad converter that can't walk and chew gum (charge batteries and supply coach at same time)
