fantastic fan in/out switch conversion
hi all,
both of my fantastic fans only drew air out and never in. i called fantastic vent and they sent me a conversion kit with an in/out switch and the wiring to do it. i took them apart and rewired them and put the new switches in and now i have the choice of sucking air in or venting it out. something darlene wanted and i did too.
pretty easy to do. maybe 20-30 minutes each fan. had to get on the roof to reroute one of the fan motor wires.
later
tom

yea, i put that fan in my 90 that you did. very nice. replacing them entirely will be much more difficult on the 02 so i will just use and enjoy the refurb ones i have now.
