How to accomodate the professional chef in a luxury coach galley?
My wife being an active professional chef in the Kansas City area has been asking me about how she is going to equip our coach galley to fit her needs. She is a never retiring chef lol.
Anyone have ideas to share or know of someone with like interest and how they coped?
It can be done and it is done in smaller RVs. But we are talking about a larger coach here - a Newell Coach! Take her into a few coaches let her get an idea of the space she'd be working in. She is the chef she knows what she needs.
