Dirty Solar Panel Does This Effect The Panel Power Output
Just and odd question, I was just up on the roof and noticed how dirty the panel was. How much does this effect the solar panel from getting enough juice from the sun to charge up the batteries?
Thanks,
Archie

Depends on the amount. Only way to tell is take an amp reading now, then clean it.

Surprisingly not much! Obviously heavy Dirt will make a significant difference but the Light dust that accumulates doesn't seem to make a whole lot. Now Shading is an entirely different matter!

It will effect the amperage a little bit. The best way to tell is go on the roof, wash it with a garden hose, and then check the amperage again, see if it changed significantly.
I have been told that normally you will get about 2 more amps, or about 10% more once cleaned.
