Default Insulating Service and Water Bays?

I have read quite a few posts around the web where many DIY's mention insulating their service and water bays. How and what type of insulation do you use? I would like to consider doing this for future travel/camping during winter months and with winter fast approaching I thought I should start thinking about this now.

Thank,

Will

Mine had spray in when built and added 2" rigid to the doors and uncoated flooring areas above

On my classic newell I Injected "can spray foam" into the square tubing which will help reduce heat transfer/condensation forming on the tubes. Takes some time but is well worth it IMHO.
