Default Wilson Electronics Cell Phone Booster

I want to put a Wilson Electronics Cell Phone Booster in.

What kind of exterior antenna are other folks using? Permanent or a magnet mount?

If permanent, how or where did you route the cable to the exterior?

Thanks much,

JDR

I have use a wilson sleek for my tow vehicle - it provides enough boost that at my house I go from 1 bar to 3-4. This device requires you place your phone in a cradle so you will need a bluetooth headset to use it.

I also added a wilson rv antenna to the coach which has a built in ground plane & gives me a 3db boost over the stock Sleek antenna.

I, too, use a Wilson Sleek cradle with an external antenna works great for my needs.

Haven't had to use a cell phone booster. But maybe I should check it out.

This one is about 100 less than Wilson. Looks exactly like the ones I was using 6-7 yrs ago & I really preferred them to the Wilson's.

Clint,

How well does it actually work? I am in the market for a signal booster.

It depends on you to go with your needs and analyze which best suits your condition. There are cradle and wireless antennas are available too. Go with something that you need to implement.
